- ½ cup fresh oregano leaves no stems
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup finely diced shallots
- ¼ cup distilled water
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth, around 15 seconds. Place in airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to one week.
