- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup fresh basil leafs
- 1/3 cup finely diced shallots
- ¼ cup water
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil & Lime Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh oregano leafs
- 1 garlic bulb peeled and finely diced
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Low calorie Caesar Dressing
Ingredients
- 3 ounces cubed fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic peeled, crushed and finely diced
- 1 ½ Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worchester sauce
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
