“Watch out peanut butter and Jelly sandwich lovers, now you can have it in a glass, and it’s good for your diet”
Prep time: 2 minutes
Blend time: 15 seconds
1 ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen washed
4 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
1 ½ cup vanilla frozen yogurt
½ cup milk
1 inch round wheatgrass
2 tablespoons whey powder
1 chuck ripe banana
1 straw
Preparation
Add the milk and yogurt first to a blender then the rest of the ingredients and mix for 15 seconds or until creamy but not too much. Pour into a tall Collins or hurricane glass and garnish with banana and straw and serve.
