“Lovely for breakfast, snack or a hot afternoon by the pool”

Prep time: 3 minutes

Blending time: 30 seconds

Ingredients

1 ripe banana cut in chunks

1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries washed – remove all the green stem leaves.

½ ounce coconut oil

1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt

1 inch round of wheatgrass

½ cup ice

¼ teaspoon vanilla

1 large ripe strawberry with leaf intact- for garnish

1 straw

Preparation

Add the ice first then the rest of the ingredients to a blender and mix for 30 seconds.

Pour in tall collings, hurricane glass garnish with strawberry, straw and serve.
