Ingredients

2 ½ cups watermelon seeded

1 ½ cup strawberries fresh or frozen

1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt

½ cup apple juice

1 inch round wheatgrass

2 tablespoons whey powder

1 large strawberry with leaf

1 straw

2 tablespoons honey

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds.  Pour in large Collins or hurricane glass, garnish with a strawberry and straw and serve.
